Receiving messages: Messages sent to you stream into the message list box in as soon as they come in. This is a dynamic and interactive message list, offering many quick-click features.

Chatting privately: If you click , a separate window opens for a private chat session. You can place the window anywhere you please and size it accordingly. The most recent person a private chat message was sent to or received from becomes the default recipient, which you can change. The Private Chat window shows information about the person you are privately chatting with. The messages it lists are only those messages between the two of you.

Opening multiple windows: You can open multiple chat windows to conduct multiple chat sessions with selected individuals, tables, or everyone. Just click the Tear-off icon in Chat/Messages pane, and display it in a separate sizable and movable window. You can then place the window anywhere you please and size it accordingly. Each Chat/Messages window operates independently.

Recognizing Chat abbreviations: You can click in the Chat/Messages toolbar to see a list of the most popular OKbridge abbreviations. The abbreviations appear in the Information pane where you can refer to them while chatting.
