Message recipient shortcuts

You can type a shortcut at the beginning of a message as a "mouseless" shorthand way to specify recipients (instead of using the Chat With drop-down field). This will automatically select the designated recipient.

To use a message shortcut:

  1. Type the shortcut

  2. Type a blank

  3. Type your message

  4. Press the Enter key
