Welcome to OKbridge!
Our goal is to provide the highest quality bridge games and tournaments as well as create a positive and safe community experience. To promote this goal, we have four separate policies governing our relationship with you:
OKbridge Terms of Membership
The Terms of Membership ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement that governs the relationship between OKbridge (a.k.a. "OKb"), as defined below and yourself ("you") and your use of OKbridge's games for the web, mobile or any other applicable platforms and/or devices (the "Service"). By accessing or using OKbridge's Services and accepting these Terms, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Please review the Terms carefully.
Membership
Your OKbridge membership may start with a free trial. There is no payment method or credit card required for the free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your membership will be specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the Service.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Our aim is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the quality of our Service. If you should decide for any reason that you are unhappy with your OKbridge membership within 30 days after subscribing, then we will provide you with a full refund. This money back guarantee applies only to first-time annual subscribers who notify us within 30 days of first subscribing. No refunds for any other memberships will be made.
OKbridge respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, located here explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
Conduct is critical to maintaining an environment in which all members have a rewarding and fun experience. Our Conduct Policy located here provides a summary of conduct expectations for OKbridge. By using the Services, you agree to the Conduct Policy.
Billing and Cancelation
The membership fee for the Service and any other changes you may incur in connection with your use of the Service will be charged to your payment method on the specific billing date indicated on your "Member Homepage". The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.
You can update your payment methods by going to the "Edit My Account" page on your OKbridge member homepage. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable payment method unless you have turned off auto renewal as described in "2.3 Cancellation" below.
You can cancel your OKbridge membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, select the "Edit My Account" link on your member homepage and follow the instructions for cancellation. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your payment method. Alternatively, you can cancel and close your account immediately. You can also turn off auto renewal. If you turn off auto renew on your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period if you do not manually renew. To see when your account will expire, log into your member homepage.
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
Unless provided for in Section 1.2 above, payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
Your OKbridge membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. You can change your automatic renew preferences by loggin into your member homepage and selecting "Edit My Account".

We request information from users on our product order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, street address, email and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a profile of our members. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual members that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the members personally-identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the member. Out of respect for the privacy of our members we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out sections.
Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send members an email. Customer Service
We communicate with members on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account, and we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the members wishes.
Sharing / Legal Disclaimer

Third Party Intermediaries
We use a credit card processing company to bill members for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Choice / Opt-out
Our members are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. For example, our signup process has an 'opt-out' mechanism so members who join OKbridge but don't want any marketing material can keep their email address off of our lists.
Members who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to the email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line or emailing us at help@okbridge.com. In addition, members may contact us by phone, email or postal mail to opt-out.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information from members via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information and demographic information. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this Web site. Members' personally-identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and choice.

All of our members' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use a password to access administrative interfaces. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Our employees are notified and / or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our members' information is protected any time new policies are added or existing policies are changed. If members have any questions about the security at our Web site, members can send an email to help@okbridge.com.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, and there is a slight risk that data could be intercepted or interrupted during Internet transmission. Although we strive to provide for secure transmission of members' personal information and all site information from the member's computer to OKbridge for storage, OKbridge cannot warrant the security of any information members transmit to us or from our online services and members do so at their own risk.
How to Update Your Personal Information
You can update your personal information at any time by emailing our Member Services team at help@okbridge.com with any changes that you would like us to make to your information. Some personal information can also be updated by logging into your account on OKbridge.com and editing your profile on your member's homepage.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our members are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use members' personally-identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify members via email. Members will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However, if members have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted / deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our Web site notifying members of the change. In some cases where we post a notice we will also email members, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
